We strive to provide 99.9% uptime and optimal performance. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely error-free or immune from downtime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may affect service availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services:

  • To host or distribute malicious software or content

  • To engage in phishing, spamming, or other fraudulent activity

  • To store or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others

  • To operate or promote any illegal activity, including unauthorized hacking or DDoS attacks

  • To exceed the resource limits associated with your plan in a way that impacts other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if your use violates these acceptable use guidelines or adversely affects the performance of our network.

5. Payments and Billing

a. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of price changes in advance.

b. Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you select. Billing is typically monthly or annually, depending on your plan. All invoices must be paid on time to avoid service interruption or suspension.

c. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services without notice. Late fees may apply.

d. Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and typically only for services with a satisfaction guarantee.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Failure to pay for services

  • Activity that poses a threat to the network or other users

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at contact@xenoraservers.com. Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently from our systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xenora Servers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xenora Servers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms
